IS THIS NOW THE WAY IT IS?
GET REAL PEOPLE! What’s all this crap in the air for TV and radio ads about rape kits not being tested? THAT was well addressed and fixed by Brad Schimel over a decade ago and historically documented as successfully done. That case now is as topical today as Wisconsin’s participation in The Civil War! Surely, I have not heard about any law enforcement offices recently wanting any more rape kits tested. This really is a deceptive ploy propagated by the state liberals for the puddin’eds out there to swallow wholeheartedly on their way voting.
The most despicable person in this scheme is Susan Crawford, who also was essentially involved with the same rape kits case. She knows the real truth, yet purposely misleading and deceiving voters in wrongfully accusing Schimel on thousands of rape kits not being timely processed in numerous ads being played daily. How are voters to accept such a dishonorable judge or justice? Further, right behind her is Justice Jill Karofsky that was equally involved in the same rape kits case and has not said anything to correct the misleading narrative. Does sitting on the highest court make one a silent partner?
May as well also get this straight in your head now, this election is no longer a non-partisan campaign; it is as liberal vs conservative as the presidential one. You can thank Justice Protasiewicz for that as she was allowed to ardently convert the procedures without interruption from any oversight entity. So much for decades in continuity and exhibiting honor in the courts, as she is the one that opened the door. And Susan Crawford is following her footsteps in telegraphing through the media what her intentions are when elected. Recently in a phone call with donors she advised pursuing to change the maps for a couple SE state republican congressmen. Who asked for her to do that before being elected to the Court?
So, with rape kits set aside, what now are the cases for supreme court election discussion? There ought to be none…they have not been presented yet. Our state Supreme Court is to circumspect, exemplary, logical, trustworthy, honest, envisionary to interpretation, and transparent from outside forces. Who has these attributes and engaged them in this election? Not Susan Crawford!
