Reclaiming Our Voices: The Rise of the Wisconsin Republican Assembly
In the wake of the 2020 election, Conservative Constitutional Patriots across Wisconsin and the nation united, determined to reclaim their voices. Frustrated by censorship from mainstream and social media platforms and the dominance of the Uniparty, they stood up to make a change. Now, their voices are growing louder through the Wisconsin Republican Assembly (WRA), a grassroots organization dedicated to restoring conservative values to the Republican Party.
For too long, we have witnessed the corruption in our elections, the indoctrination of our children in schools, and the disappointing performance of our education system. Politicians, elected to serve the people, have instead prioritized special interest groups and dark money donors. The Republican Party of Wisconsin (RPW) demonstrated this betrayal during the recent primary election, launching attacks against true conservative candidates in violation of the Republican State Constitution. As Bill Savage revealed in his Substack article, the Stronger Wisconsin Fund played a significant role in funding these attacks.
But, “We the People” will not stand down. Inspired by President Ronald Reagan’s belief that grassroots workers are the backbone of the Republican Assembly, we are taking a stand. Founded in 1934 and organized nationally in 1996, the National Federation of Republican Assemblies (NFRA) provides a platform for true conservatives to reform the Republican Party and return it to its foundational principles.
The WRA is committed to promoting Judaeo-Christian values, supporting small government, lowering taxes, championing free market capitalism, maintaining a strong national defense, protecting the right to life, and upholding Constitutional values. We believe in the principles that built our great nation and are determined to ensure those principles guide our government once again.
We do not seek a third party. Instead, we aim to reclaim, reform, and restore the Republican Party. Our goal is to elect true conservative candidates who will fight for We the People, not for their own interests.
If you believe in these values and want to see real change, the Wisconsin Republican Assembly welcomes you. Join us as we work to restore faith in the GOP and uphold the values that define America.
Together, we are the Republican wing of the Republican Party, the home of Frederick Douglass Republicans, and, as President Reagan once declared, the “conscience of the Republican Party.”
A few quick questions for reflection:
1. Do you feel like your local and state GOP leaders have abandoned their Judaeo‐Christian values and their duty to defend the Constitution?
2. Do you feel your local and state GOP leaders are failing to act in a way that promotes faith, family, and freedom within your community?
3. Do you feel like your voice is being drowned out by those in power, leaving you isolated in your pursuit of Godly, conservative values?
4. Are you tired of the status quo, where the GOP elite ignore the very principles of liberty and faith upon which this nation was built?
5. Do you feel like your local and state GOP leaders are NOT doing enough in your community to help grow the Republican party?
6. Would you be open to joining a movement rooted in Christian values, which is nationally recognized for making a real impact, and holding the GOP accountable to our shared Christian beliefs and Constitutional rights?
The Wisconsin Republican Assembly (WRA) believes that by reforming the Republican Party with Judeo-Christian, conservative, and constitutional principles, everything else will fall into place. The WRA is committed to empowering leaders who have the courage to do what is right, ensuring a strong foundation for the future.
The WRA is Local Action with National Unity. The National Federation of Republican Assemblies (NFRA) was established to be a “bottoms up” organization, with the strength & the power in the community/county chapters, not the state or national organizations. The local chapters have three pillars that connect us at the national level; Community, Legislative & Candidate Development.
Community Development ~ We bring together individuals from all walks of life to support veterans, the needy, and the homeless, providing resources to help them become self-sufficient. We assist Pro-Life and Women’s Resource Centers, Sober Living Homes, Youth Camps, and local charities. We also encourage members to volunteer at food pantries and participate in community clean-up efforts to improve our neighborhoods.
Legislative Development ~ We create committees to tackle pressing issues negatively affecting our society. These committees identify, analyze, and propose solutions to problems, while reviewing outdated or missing statutes, and collaborating with local and state representatives to drive necessary changes. The WRA wrote and have been distributing a Resolution to Restore Election Integrity in Wisconsin. (See the full Resolution below).
Candidate Development ~ We are dedicated to providing thorough training for candidates who uphold Christian, Conservative, and Constitutional values, demonstrating courage and integrity in leadership. Our mission is to support those who defend the U.S. Constitution, honor their oath of office, and protect our inalienable rights. We are also committed to replacing RINOs “Republicans in Name Only,” who fail to uphold these core principles and neglect their duty to our nation and the people they represent. A candidate training class will be offered by the WRA in the year 2025 in preparation for the 2026 election season. Interested persons please contact the WRA to sign up. For more information about the workshop please see the Florida Republican Assembly informational video: https://rumble.com/v5f3fkd-fra-judeo-christian-candidate-leadership-workshop.html Lou Marin from the Florida Republican Assembly, & NFRA National Training Officer and President Trump’s 2016 Grassroots Florida Deputy State Director will be presenting the workshop.
What We Do ~ The Wisconsin Republican Assembly (WRA) is a staunch advocate for Life, Liberty, and Justice. We are dedicated to confronting the challenges of the current political system and the Uni-party control in Wisconsin. Our goal is to bring meaningful change to the Republican Party and all levels of local and state government. We demand that the voices of the people be heard, our Constitutional rights upheld, and justice restored for every citizen in our state.

Resolution to Restore Election Integrity in Wisconsin
WHEREAS, Wisconsin voters demand immediate and comprehensive election reform to restore public confidence, transparency, and accountability in the electoral process;
WHEREAS, Wisconsin’s current election procedures must be modernized to reflect the highest standards of security and accuracy, ensuring that only legally eligible voters participate in elections;
WHEREAS, election integrity is fundamental to maintaining a constitutional republic, ensuring that each legal vote is counted and protected from potential fraud; and
WHEREAS, secure, transparent, and efficient election processes are necessary to uphold public confidence in electoral outcomes and prevent manipulation or undue influence; and
WHEREAS, to achieve these goals, Wisconsin must adopt the following reforms:
- Single-day elections conducted on a secure and transparent basis, eliminating prolonged voting periods that increase risks of ballot manipulation and chain-of-custody concerns, make Election Day a Holiday;
- Hand-counted, irreproducible, secure, and auditable paper ballots, printed exclusively by Wisconsin-owned vendors, ensuring election materials remain under state control and are not subject to external tampering or influence;
- Mandatory voter photo ID and proof of U.S. citizenship at the time of registration and voting, closing any potential loopholes that could allow illegal voting by non-citizens or synthetic identities;
- Absentee voting strictly limited to military personnel, first responders, and permanently disabled or bed-stricken individuals, with rigorous verification, tracking, and auditing procedures to prevent fraudulent ballot harvesting;
- Elimination of same-day voter registration, as the lack of adequate verification time for clerks increases the risk of fraudulent votes being cast. Once an election is certified and ballots are combined, fraudulent votes cannot be identified or removed;
- Elimination of voting centers and centralized counting centers, as these facilities mix ballots from multiple precincts and wards, making recounts more difficult and reducing transparency. Precincts should be no larger than 1,500 registered voters, ensuring quality control, chain of custody, and local oversight by clerks; and
WHEREAS, restoring control of elections to local clerks enhances trust in the electoral process and ensures that election procedures remain transparent, verifiable, and accountable;
WHEREAS, replacing costly electronic voting machines with hand-counted paper ballots would save Wisconsin taxpayers an estimated 90% in election expenses, reducing reliance on error-prone and potentially compromised voting systems;
WHEREAS, these reforms will strengthen public trust by ensuring transparency, eliminating vulnerabilities, and deterring illegal votes, thereby upholding the principle of one legal vote per legal voter;
WHEREAS, an educated and engaged electorate is essential to the preservation of democracy, and the establishment of a “Student Accredited Civic Duty Program” will allow students to participate in ballot counting, providing hands-on experience, and fostering a deeper understanding of the electoral process;
WHEREAS, international examples such as France (39 million voters) and Taiwan (23+ million voters) demonstrate that elections can be securely and efficiently conducted in a single day using hand-counted paper ballots, strict voter identification, and proof of citizenship;
WHEREAS, county and municipal clerks, as the legally designated custodians of election integrity, must be solely responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date voter rolls, ensuring that only active eligible voters are listed and that a newly updated paper poll book is created before each state and federal election;
WHEREAS, to prevent election fraud and improper access, all deceased, moved, duplicate, suspended, administratively removed, and felon voter registrations must be securely archived in a separate, auditable database, entirely distinct from active voter registration records;
WHEREAS, Wisconsin must withdraw from the Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC), which currently inflates voter rolls by including ineligible and inactive voters while charging fees per registration, despite the fact that only approximately 3.4 million out of 7.4 million total registrations are actively used;
WHEREAS, evidence suggests that Wisconsin’s voter rolls are centrally controlled outside the direct authority of local clerks, limiting their ability to maintain the accuracy and integrity of voter lists, despite their sworn duty under Wisconsin law to ensure fair and legal elections;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Wisconsin adopt these election integrity reforms to safeguard the fairness, security, and transparency of elections; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that local election clerks be granted full authority and responsibility over the administration and security of elections within their jurisdictions; and
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, that these measures be enacted to ensure Wisconsin elections remain free, fair, and secure, upholding the rights of all legal voters and preventing fraud or manipulation.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Wisconsin Republican Assembly (WRA) strongly supports these essential election integrity reforms and urges Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers, the Wisconsin Legislature, and Wisconsin Senate to immediately adopt these measures in alignment with President Donald J. Trump’s Election Integrity Policy;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Wisconsin Republican Assembly affirms its commitment to upholding free, fair, and transparent elections that reflect the will of legal Wisconsin voters and ensure that every legal vote is counted while eliminating opportunities for fraud and manipulation;
WITNESS our hand and seal verifying this resolution, adopted by unanimous vote, this 6th day of March, 2025.
Respectfully Submitted;
