Affordable Food and Housing?
Democrats understand affordability as an issue, but their policies create it but what they don’t understand is why, or maybe they do, and they just want America to fail. The Democrats attack on energy raises prices at every level of production for every good and service sold in America. They encourage a large of our population to remain idle, and dependent on welfare programs. They spend an enormous amount of resources assisting those entering the country illegally. They promote nonsensical spending bills such as the “inflation reduction act” while America sits back and watches inflation go through the roof and a literal invasion at the border with as many as 20 million illegals now competing for housing and food.
With an Honest Media – None of this Would be Happening
All we ever needed was a fair and honest press. At what point did the left winged Marxist anti-America crowd take over every aspect of our media? Why did it take so long for America to wake up? Why isn’t there one network that runs conservative programs or even just fair ones? Why do all the networks run late anti-American programming? Even at the expense of profits. How long until we completely dismantle our fascist universities that get billions of taxpayer dollars? They shouldn’t be getting a penny of taxpayer dollars. Why are we all just sitting back and watching the ship sink? I never understood why there isn’t a fair and balanced newspaper. Everyone complains about the USA Today’s spin. So much so that we barely see the print edition anymore. The Wisconsin Conservative Digest stands alone with our print edition.
The Spin has infiltrated every aspect of American Life.
I went to the bank this morning and while in line I was watching the TV monitor, which just has bank ads, weather maps and some news blurbs. One news blurb stated that the New York was being sued by the Trump DOJ for “so-called sanctuary city policies” as the Trump administration cracks down on Immigration.
Really? So-called sanctuary city policies? New York police are NOT allowed to assist ice agents. The Trump administration cracks down on immigration? Not ILLEGAL immigration?
It’s maddening how willing all these institutions are willing to lie, cheat and deceive to win an unwinnable argument. I’m thinking of moving my money to a different bank, but aren’t they all the same?
Can Milwaukee Govern itself?
Sunday Rant: (from my Facebook page) They laid to rest a Milwaukee Police officer yesterday, Kendell Corder, who was killed at the hands of Tremaine Jones, a thug who should have been in jail instead of on the streets. So let me send a message to the entire City of Milwaukee, including the mayor, DA, city council, and in particular channels 4, 6, 12 and 58. It turns my stomach to hear these immoral liberal hacks talk with such “compassion and concern” and of their fake “deepest sympathies” for his family. They are the very reason he is dead. They have blood on their hands and I for one I’m sick and tired of pussy footing around with Milwaukee and their empty-headed leaders, and lefty news networks. They know that crime is through the roof. They know that their police officers are overworked. They know they don’t support the police. They know the DA’s and judges don’t hold anyone accountable. They know that their schools aren’t teaching kids to read and write. They can see no one wants to do business in at least 75% of the city. The state gives them hundreds of millions of dollars every year and they still won’t hire police officers. The property tax rates are through the roof and still no money for police officers. So, here’s my rant for this Sunday to Milwaukee’s leaders. Save your sad stories AND DO SOMETHING to save your pathetic city. Since Milwaukee’s leaders are too busy promoting fake Russia hoax’s and covering up for Joe Biden to save their own city, perhaps the next Governor can dismantle the whole damn dilapidated quagmire they call “home”. If that’s too harsh… Tuff sh-t!!
How to Rein in Feral (sorry, Federal) Judges
Federal judges should hear cases and make rulings on lawsuits involving the legality of a president’s policies, but the ruling should not be enforced until an appellate court confirms the soundness of the decision. And then the Supreme Courts should confirm or reject the ruling immediately granting a stay or allowing the decision to stand until further review when appropriate.
Let’s Give Them a Casket Match
Stop calling them the unhinged left. They are hinged just fine and although they don’t have one policy that the people support, they are brilliant at theatrics. People will die if we demand that those who are able to work do so. They carried the coffin symbolizing those poor dead souls who would rather succumb to a deteriorating health problem than work 20 hours a week and leaned it against Congressman Bryan Steil’s front door. How about we carry the casket of all the children that Mark Pocan allowed to be murdered in the name of “women’s health”? Where’s the casket of Laken Riley and the countless others that have been needlessly murdered as a direct result of Mark Pocan’s open border policy? Why are we not on street corners protesting the mutilation of our children in the name of “science”? Dan Bongino talked extensively about photo ops and soundbites. Why doesn’t our side understand theatrics? It’s time we shove the theatrics right up their proverbial potoots. How about a baby casket with some faint crying emanating from within? How about a candlelight vigil on the doorstep of the Demcrat Party and their leaders for every lost soul? How about the Dane County Sherriff for starters? Breitbart reports that “Dane County Sheriff Kalvin Barrett is defending the county’s sanctuary policy that shields illegal aliens from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) just days after high school sweethearts 18-year-old Hallie Helgeson and 19-year-old Brady Heiling were killed in a crash allegedly caused by an illegal alien with a criminal record.” But… It’s Bryan Steil who is responsible for made-up deaths that haven’t happened. Grab a casket and get involved!

The current Governor of Maryland is Wes Moore who resides at the “Government House” (Governor’s Mansion) in Annapolis, Maryland while the “other” Wes Moore is a current resident of Jessup Correctional facility in Jessup, Maryland serving a life sentence for his involvement in the murder of a Baltimore police officer. The author Wes Moore (the governor) goes into great detail about both his life and the life of the other Wes Moore, both who grew up as young black men in the inner city. Wes Moore, the author, seems to have a pretty good idea of all the pitfalls that such an environment presents to the youth, especially black youth. However, like all democrats, he doesn’t seem to have a clue as what to do about curbing that disastrous environment.
NOTE: When I began to work in the legislature in 2005, I sent an email to every republican office with the subject line “Don’t get sent to Milwaukee” after a spike in murders in the city. I outlined how statistically speaking, Iraq was safer than Milwaukee and I had the receipts. The push back was more than I expected. No one was ready to be savaged by the truth. In The Other Wes Moore, Wes Moore the author states that he began to realize that black youth would be safer in a war zone than Baltimore or the Bronx. So far, he hasn’t taken the necessary steps to address the situation.
Wes Moore wrote about hip-hop and the affect that that kind of music had on him and the other youth. He actually reported that hip hop validated their lifestyle. I wonder what the governor thinks about the rap music of today. I’ve always laughed about how older members of society always thought the music their kids listened to was destructive. My father, as conservative of a man that every lived had no problem with hearing me blast “I’ve seen all good people turn their heads each day so satisfied I’m on my way”. None whatsoever. There’s no question most people will find any excuse to simply not deal with the problems we face today. That seems to include Governor Moore.
Governor Moore also thinks that the way out of poverty is more programs. More free stuff. Easier access to childcare, healthcare, and always my favorite, nutritional programs that include the ability to buy soda, chips and lobster tails.
NOTE: Lobster tails are the easiest item to sell for drug money. A $60 box of lobster tails for $20 is an easy sell at taverns and bait shops. Even if you believe that everyone should be able to have a lobster dinner for a “treat” that’s not what is happening.
Of course, every average middle class, working class, whatever class parent in the world knows that the only effective way to avoid poverty is to work. Men and women who work, get married and then have kids do not live in poverty. I know I must sound like an absolute racist ranting about work. But the facts are the facts, like them or not.
While this edition of the paper was being finalized, Governor Moore has announced $64 Million for “clean Energy” and money for “low-income” families to help with rising energy costs. Get it? The Governor also has a program for “displaced federal workers” who have been ousted by the Trump administration. Buckle up taxpayers in Maryland, you’re going to pay for those unneeded federal workers one way or the other!
Tariffs
Conservatives are chanting “Free trade” while the lefties scream about how the sky is falling. Even some of Trump’s harshest critics are admitting he is right about tariffs. A steady goal of 15% tariff across the board is workable. It protects American manufacturing while bringing in Billions of dollars in revenue. Let’s talk about “free trade” which seems to be the mantra of those on the right that do not like Donald Trump. First, let’s ask why Trump’s position on trade seems so hard to understand. Trump has been complaining for 40 years about trade. Other countries sell their goods to our markets while actually BANNING our products in their markets. Anyone who wishes to call that free trade is welcome to submit their talking points to this publication. Most countries have had tariffs on U.S. goods for a long time. Furthermore, the left consistently demands that American companies offer high wages, healthcare benefits and generous maternity/paternity leaves while at the same time demanding that these companies “pay their fair share” in taxes. Meanwhile, American companies find themselves trying to compete with oversees companies that use child-slave labor to manufacture items that are sold right here in the U.S. Not only do we need to compete with child labor, but most of these countries also have no environmental regulations whatsoever. You’d think the left would be beside themselves. Where’s Greta on this? Not only is Trump going to take care of all this, but he’s also going to do it while the left, the media, the education complex and Rand Paul all work to undermine his efforts. We may not be able to achieve “free trade” but we certainly can achieve fair trade. The Democrats are screaming about how the sky is falling. We need to pay attention because millions of mindless Americans are listening to the nonsense. Why do you think the Big Beautiful Bill is polling at 31%?
