Families can’t buy homes; interest rates are through the roof and home prices have risen dramatically. Property taxes are killing any chance of working families overcoming the first two obstacles. It’s time to end the attacks on the American dream and get these issues resolved. And it isn’t going to be the democrats that make thing better. We need some strong conservative leadership in Wisconsin, and we need it ASAP. I’ve said in past posts that hundreds of thousands of blue-collar sportsmen are not voting, let’s give them a reason to drive to the polls and vote. Property taxes driven by enormous school referendums have taxed many out of their homes. Referendums are scheduled during low-turnout elections to give the school districts a distinct advantage. These same school districts spend a lot of money on glossy flyers that are filled with scare tactics and other propaganda, meanwhile test scores are still plummeting. Families deserve better.
